I have an A Level in art and design - tend not to do much drawing these days which is a shame because i enjoyed it a lot. Its hard to make time for that sort of thing .

i don´t have any link... only draw analoge. don´t have any scaner or digital camera and i´m to lazy to barrow from somebody.

well spurred on by this thread ive decided to do a picture. woo, ive still got the magic. Anyway small question, i want to ink it b +w but i only have a giant marker? will i have to go out in the rain and buy a whole pile of different black pens or is there any advice any of you real artistes can give me?

Buy as many pens/brushes/pencils/inks as possible!

glad i could be of inspiration.

if you've got a scanner and some kind of decent image editing program (photoshop or some kind of vector editor) you could always do it digitally using paths or if you have a real steady hand or a tablet freehand. i've been doing that a lot lately, just cuz my pens are shitty and i don't have access to a xerox,a nd i don't like inking on top of my originals

I sometimes draw cartoon-like characters, or spacey type things on my chalkboard-door. I love drawing but I'm not that good at it tho. But who cares.

i have a bfa too! anyhow, i hardly do any drawing or visual stuff now. i didn't realize it in college (where i did mainly drawing and collage) but my medium is events, so that's what i mainly work on now. i still have to do some drawing and sculpture for them though.
