Yeah, was there on the Friday. Seemed pretty sweet, was some good house music playing where we ended up collapsing. I did experience some anti-'gringo' attitude though, which was a shame. Some Spanish blokes tried to shark all my hash off me cos I bumped into them as they were skinning up. Got a bit of verbal off a couple of others too, cos I had a t-shirt with an English-reading slogan on - and I could swear we got followed out of there too by some leary fuckers. Would have liked to have gone back on the Saturday, but was unable to walk, let alone dance. Someone on Littledetroit mentioned someone getting stabbed in the back there at 9 in the morning. Bit full on if it's true. Overall though, I dug the vibe a lot more than in the Sonar night thing itself.

Damn, that sounds preety bad !! I never imagined something like that could happen in such event, since it's popularity spreads all over Europe. I've had similar experiences in Mexico City, or Guadalajara, some of the biggest of this country, where people really doesn't give a fuck. But Barcelona ?? |

Alright Andreas.
Back in Glasgow after the Rachdingue. Good party! had a lot of fun. Shame the pool wasn't open. Thanks for the lift to the airport and everything. Didn't know you were down at antisonar, we were down there for a good while both mornings. I agree it was a good vibe but some of the techno was a bit loopy. |

anti gringo attitude makes me a bit difficult to believe, ali. 2/3 of all raves in and around barcelona are organized by gringos: chechz, portugues, french and uk soundsystems... what did it say on your t-shirt?
i hear so many people coming to barcelona complain about antigringo attitudes and foreigner hostilities... in some cases in doesnt surprise me because some tourists really ask 4 it. |

All my t-shirt said was 'more bass please...' (Marolo know's that t-shirt well, having 'loaned' it to me the year before).
Andreas, I think I probably bumped into some of the only wankers at the party - and as for an apparent stabbing, well, that was third rate info off a message board, so I shouldn't have mentioned it. Seriously, seemed like a wicked party despite having a few odd encounters. I'm sure some English do ask for a bit of grief, but I can assure you we weren't.
