record to CD
Hello everybody
i posses a record-collection at home and a CD in my car. So I want to record my records on CD. I do not jet own a CD-Writer, but want to get on in the next time. Q: has anyone some ideas on which software one should use? is there Free- or shareware about. I heared about "cleaning"-software? What else one has to keep in mind? thank you for any idea on this, newt |

pc or mac?
as for audio editing software on a pc I can recommend COOL EDIT PRO and of course WAVELAB. I think there is a freeware or shareware version of cool edit available. check www.syntrillium.com for mac aren't that much choices. try PEAK. that's quite good... Quote:
I don't have any experience with that cleaning software. as far as I've heard, it can remove crackles and noise, but the result isn't really cool, because it kills a lot of other frequencies, too. you might probably check the demoversion of steinberg clean. should be at www.steinberg.com |
