It totally depends who's working that day and what sort of mood they're in, sadly. On the whole, MVE are much better than Reckless. Usually I have to end up going to both, as one will refuse to take certain tunes that the other will snap up.

Reckless tend to give better money but will turn some stuff down. M&VE usually take anything you offer but give less back. Don't forget to take fourteen and a half pieces of ID.

it seems like selling records and joining video rental places are the most difficult/id requiring things to do these days, in saying that i did manage to join a video place tripping out my head a copule of years ago. |

Alternately just take em down Ca$h Converter... you don't get a good rate, but they pay direct in £10 bags of scag no questions asked.

I've been wondering - if you've got lots to get rid of, is it worth the bother to do a car boot sale?

My advice would be not to sell to either of these shops as they'll give you a pittance anyway. I'd either list them on here as people might be interested, or flog them on Ebay. If Ebay seems to much like hard work you could always just list them as one lot. You'll probably get more cash this way too.

Yes, why not put a list together and post it up here?
