has anybody contact to fuel records?

hi!

is there anybody who knows somebody from fuel records in london (?) i ordered some records online there some weeks ago. 2 days after, the money (60€) was taken from my bank account. i think the money is at fuel records... but the status of my order is still "pending" (waiting?) i did not get any reaction on emails i sent to them... and i don't know if i get my records...
does anybody know them, or just know if they still deliver or only take the money?

i ordered some records last year or 2 years ago. i also waited a long time but at the end i got them all! guess you just need to be patient as they are not the fastest with shipping.. :/

thanks nimmina... i also mailed to stormfield... the waiting is not the problem, if i know it's normal. i was only afraid about the money, instead i ordered some records for a friend... normally you get a short info if you email somewhere... but no reaction there...
