I didn't like this at all when I was there and I'm still not a big fan of the opening 40mins or so. But in fairness without the overblown tops and booming bass of the Plastic People sound system I'm enjoying the rest of this set.
Teach me to leave early, I suppose... Its in my soulseek account - Grobelaar23 if anyone is struggling... I'll have to shit this down tomorrow morning, so grab em while its hot... Last edited by grobelaar : 29th October 2003 at 19:06. |

I tried recording that of the klubradio.de site but my copy of total recorder fucked it up for me. I have seen a file on slsk which looked like it was the one. The second mix from T-Funkshun is fairly similar to the one from Tresor. It's a shame it doen't carry on into the BMB live bit, but I suppose he has to earn a living. |

Respect to Tony Surgeon for putting up the mix. If you listen hard enough you can hear us all screaming like little girls at a Steps concert. Wonderful to relive such a sweaty and ear-bleeding night.

it was an amazing set, and it's really nice to see that someone who shows so little compromise manages to have so many people diving to download his sets that his site gets pulled overnight cos the servers can't take it (despite being told he had unlimited bandwidth!!). I've heard reports of well over 10,000 downloads of this set from littledetroit alone in just a couple of days, and that's not including how many grabbed it from www.dj-surgeon.com before the site collapsed.

Um sir, I think you have me confused with another. I'm just a house painter from Wyoming. :-) Actually, Rohrzie and I work like siblings in the studio.. fighting and kicking/biting and screaming all until I make him a little cup o' coffee then he calms down. This Child's mix is da bomb! |
