freeware guitar tuner vst plugin?

my good old roland guitar tuner is causing problems - i already found a good standalone freeware guitar tuner for windows but it would be even cooler to have it as vst plugin to retune during a session. has anyone ever seen anything like that?

p.s. yes, the question 'what do you need a properly tuned guitar for in abstract techno?" is justified.
