If you like the old jigga-jigga-turntable fiddlin', check out Rob Euroh(Euroh Scratch ring any bells?) and his Remote Audio label...
Brighton mafia aplenty on here, I'll leave them to give you the guided tour of the scene... Where'd you arrive from? p.s. Aren't your feet cold? ![]() |

hello no socks
well we do two labels based in brighton, rise robots rise and mosquito my friend paul does a label called massive advance (fujiya& miyagi, ipam belf etc) , which also does a monthly night (one last night at the freebutt with buck 65 and she said) my friend barry does a label called spymania, and his associate barry pseudonym does a label called barry's bootlegs. within these fine labels you can find all sorts inc. cassetteboy, DJ Rubbish, first squarepusher releases, jamie lidell, hypo, MDK and much other joy. these three chaps dont post on the board, but there are quite a few other brighton types who do and im sure they will tell you what they do in their own sweet ways. nights out - regular warp-athon at slack sabbath - at the ocean rooms, sometimes not on a sunday. many good gigs - especially at the albert and the freebutt welcome to the board, and to brighton! |
