it's the next best drink i've found to Maté, and has been helping greatly with my horrendous addiction to quality fresh coffee ![]() |

jukka that is inspirational like a lightening bolt. i'm brewing some of that up and putting it in the fridge tonight.
ip i am going to hunt down mate. still can't do the acute accent. but this green tea is like elixir. the more i drink the clearer everything becomes. three is caffeine in it i know but not as much as proper normal tea. i want to get one of those real lil teapots and some of the fresh 1st harvest leaves. |

ive been drinking it for years. i dont do black tea now apart from the occasional lapsang souchong. i also drink peppermint and camomile in the evenings...green tea does still contain some caffeine
but yes its incredibly good for you. full of anti-oxidants. i love it...i drink one with jasmine. |

yes. the one with jasmine got me into the whole realm of green tea. even peppermint tea tastes heavy to me now. but i should maybe try some of that camomile. they give it to alcoholic parrots in recovery. true.

Yerba Maté - Green leaves, one makes into a drink - more caffeine than coffee, has several amino acids INCL. Tryptophan among others. Check out the list....

YES!
good move fist. remember, the first cew cups taste a bit bitter. by about the 4th or 5th it's better than water or lager. i want to know about brewing it from leaves in a t-pot as well. all i can do is recommend the teabags from good ol twinings (they do a version with jasmine too) or jackson's of piccadilly - posh ones. tastes so good, sorts you right out. remember - no milk |

well i reckon i have between 6 and 7 cups a day (is this normal?). that includes first thing in the morning and in the evening too but basically it's the same amount as i used to drink in normal tea. beginners might want to ease themselves in a bit i suppose. but i tell you normal tea just seems rubbish now - heavy and greasy.
i hope you like it. give us the update. |

hold it down. green tea will work for you. jedi wisdom and all that will then follow. there will be no need for forcefeeding of nescafe down here. but you do go mental remember it's a break through not a breakdown. and anyway it wasn't my fault it was because you were addicted to nescafe, and probably had a history of mentalism.

fist i hope you love it. failing that i hope your girl loves it. if not post it down to me and i'll have it.
nescafe is a weird thing. as is fleetwood mac (the later period - early stuff is phenomenal. when they combine that late 60s vibe (my favourite) with the MOR guitar soft rock thing - phewee now we are talking about PROPER SHIT). |

nescafe
it's weird because of the consistency, taste, and smell, none of which is close to that of actual coffee. not as weird as fish, i grant you, but weird anyway.

I drink much more chinese tea than english tea at home. It doesn't bloat you as much and tastes nicer.
