Le Chainon Manquant / score for dance CIE Gilles Jobin 2010
Le Chaînon Manquant by CIE Gilles Jobin from Aurelie Doutre on Vimeo. My latest soundtrack composition , created in parallel with Gilles Jobin's choreography. The second theatre performance in Annecy wonderfully captured to digital video by Aurelie Doutre. We went on to adapt the piece to the outdoor venue of the Big Bang festival in Geneva, which was quite a different style to this filmed theatre version. We will be taking the cassettes and sounds to Bamako in Mali to perform in October as part of the South-South Project in West Africa. |
