yer that bit's well cool. i used to do taekwondo, keep meanin to go back, never get round to it. i'm contemplating takin up muay thai, but apparently it's quite bad for your internal organs, so i dunno.

Martial arts rule.
I did some Judo as a kid and I used to do ITF Taekwon-do for a couple of years whilst I was in Uni. I've always meant to go back to doing something of that kind but never managed to find the time. |

there is a local guy who teaches Tai-Chi as a martial art, not just an excercise. It's fucking AWSOME let me tell you!
2 things get in the way of me going for classes 1) My long and irregular hours at work. 2) I am too lazy. |
