Do you do your part for the environment?

Do you feel there is really a problem with the environment? Do you do anything to help?

Am I the only person who thinks recycling (paticularly aluminium) is complete bullshit. it's illegal to throw away aluminium cans in brooklyn now, they will actually ticket you. it's the most common metal on earth, never heard of a shortage, and you have to use more platic bags to recycle it. WTF?

stern report out now, interesting - they costed the price of fucking up the planet and surprise surprise - shit their pants.

green taxes now on the cards, kinda seems to me that they missed the point, this shouldn't be money orientated and they are all talking about stuff we've known for years.

I mean fuck, on the face of it the best way to do our bit is knock some frikkin heads together innit.

Yeah, that's caused more by aesthetic than environment protection.

You can always have multiple-use container (wooden crate or sthg). Me and my pops do that, and it works.

Doesn't it take massive amounts of electricity to extract Aluminium from Bauxite?

Ergo better to recycle already extracted aluminium?

Or maybe you're right, drinks cans always used to come in two types - aluminium and tin - the tin ones you could tell cos they stuck to a magnet and I swear one was recyclable and one wasn't.

To help the enviroment I breathe in deeply and do small exhales. This keeps my CO2 emissions to a minimum. I am fully ISO 14064 compliant.

the best thing about intending never to have children is that you dont have to care about protecting the environment for future gernerations
cos they're all your stinking whining kids... kids i'd happily chuck off a train after listening to hours of their screaming from 4 feet away... so its unlikely i'd separate my rubbish to help save them isn't it

recycling is a good idea because the alternative is landfill. which is a bad idea.

tho an even better idea is to bring back milkmen, and getting stuff in brown paper bags

yeah but it just allows people to waste more resources whilst getting a warm fuzzy glow. its a con just like everything else and allows everyone to keep on making money.

reuse not recycle.
