the worst video nasty you watched as a kid?

seeing some people talking about films in the back to the future thread
got me wondering what was the most horrible film you sneakily watched as a kid?

i watched parts of texas chainsaw massacre round me mates house during dinner break from school when i was about 12
the scene where the woman gets put on the meat hook still lives my memory as one of the most horrible things i'd ever seen at that age

Apparenltly I was a lame kid because Indiana Jones and The Temple of Doom gave me nightmares. The part where the heart was pulled from the man's chest. What kind of sissy 10 year old was I???

But that's not what you asked...the movie I snuck in was Stallone's "Cobra". My dad rented it for us.As soon as my mom saw the opening scene with a girl in a car and some guy trying to get at her with an axe. She told me to go to bed. Naturally I got up later to watch it. It was no big deal. I'm fine now.

Some hard-core eastern european wooden puppet animation FOR ADULTS ONLY it claimed.....i was 10 and thought differently. It was based on the story of the pied piper (the rats, townsfolk etc) but he got his revenge on the town because the local councillors gang-raped and burnt his girlfriend alive. He then turned them into rats. Yeah i was rather scared. I still get the fear.

Pink Floyd's The Wall when I was about 10. That probably explains a lot of my personality.

Yeah the birth of Smirnoff Ice brought about the great tragic downfall of Metz alas. Us teenage girls and the innocence of alcho-pops would never be the same again. My loyalty was with Metz but S.Ice actually tasted better so i turned.

The scariest bit in N.O.E.S is the scene where the girl in school sees her mate being dragged down the corridor with the trail of blood behind her. EEK.

Aye but you canny get pulse cider up the junction ya dobber. And the whole point of teenage girldom was to see how many guys would buy you a drink. Therefore you go for the expensive ones.

1) you drink it before you go in so your pissed up enough to slever over mentioned teenage girls

2) nobody up the junction had the money or the social skills to buy someone a drink.....!

heheee

WRONG!

the scariet bit is when that boy is lyin on the hospital bed and freddys arm comes out from under him and pulls him through the bed, the all that blood starts spurting out the hole that's left and makes a blood-ocean thing on the ceiling.

pretty comical these gays though...

The Shining is the best horror film of all time, I reckon. I love it.
