but now its 4 sweetex on a cracker, 3 times a day

i had one packet of crisps, some pecan nuts, a yougurt
a pie, potatos and greeen beans. 2 slices of toast
water, cups of tea and a curly wurly.
i also had a sandwich.

the coffee and cigarettes are the key to forgetting about the dreaded fooood
