Come, foul landlubbers, and drown thy sorrows in a sea of inebriation, as the Werk Corporation’s Nautical Division invites you to set sail upon the turgid, turd-filled waters of the Thames in another August bank holiday flotilla of shame.

This year we make two of the UK’s finest bass Admirals walk the Werk plank: Bristol’s DJ DEREK (Trojan Records) will be shivering everybody’s barnacles with the sweetest reggae memory sounds and nautical patois, while south London’s KODE 9 (Hyperdub/Rephlex) smuggles his dubstep plates aboard and pumps 20,000 leagues of bass right up your torpedo-hatch.

Also frigging in the rigging will be Werk’s twin scuttlebutt-heads PO-SKI, still trying to find their sea-legs after 5 years, along with Werk Discs’ enfant terrible LUKE BLAIR on coxswain duties.

The Werk boys said they should show thier faces after the boat.

Supposed to go on till 4 but if people come down after the boat and keep drinking should go till six...
