my coffee shop...
for those of you who don't got to audiotech I am opening a coffee shop. Gonna have great coffee, espresso, pasteries, bagels, turkish coffee and gelato. what other (easy) menu items would you suggest?

friands, baklava, home made musili (the pre-moistened kind) with poached fruit. home made raspberry bagels, rhubarb tartlets

- Ristretto (espresso with less water basically) is a must in every coffee house.
- Melted cheese sandwiches aswell, with pesto and pastrami! - No 'Nu-Jazz'! That shit makes me wanna go on a fake Gucci/Louis Vitton-bag owner killing spree. |

I'd definitely go for the baklava. But don't have turkish coffee if you are near a main road. Once in San Francisco I ran across the road without looking after a rake of that. Nearly got killed
