i worked on a londis checkout in a caravan park but they sacked me cos i took 2ci the night before a bank holiday and was still far to spangled in the morning to call them to tell 'em i wouldn't be able to come in, so i had to phone my dad and get him to do it, though this was the straw thet broke the camels back really. the owner also told me i he thought i was a wicked man and that ain't in a early 90's ardcore stylee either.. it was all quite liberating though and i recomend all checkout workers to do it... ;-)

i worked on the fresh produce at safeways, pre-morrisons when i was 17-18. it was fuckin shit, my manager was only about 25 but he was a an ecstacy addled loser who used to go out 'clubbing' every saturday and sunday dressed as a schoolboy. he was on a total power trip whenever he was working because deep down he knew he was never going to do anything better in life. kinda sums it all up for me really.

anyway, one day i woke up and decided that i was never gonna go back there again, i didn't even bother calling them.
