ftp://ftp servers
well im setting up this ftp server and honestly im having a hard time.its not the configuring that im having a hard time with its getting the thing to accually work.i have done preety much everything.and when i try to connect from a differnt computer or another ip,i do get prompted to enter a user name and password but its dosent accept it.see when im at school setting up a ftp server it works fine, but the minute i go home and replicate the same action it dosent work....now to brief you on the ftp server software that im using im using //guild ftp,now others have told me to use //war ftp,and others but this is what my teacher loves and its fairly easy when it works.
if any one has any help or experence with these kind of issues i would greatly appreciate the help/pille' |

anything ftp running on win32 is not professional
sorry not to be of help pille but I haven't used guild myself, can't give you much more help than "try reading the getting started guide", etc... |
