400 bucks for the console, 400+ bucks for two iPods and you still need a computer to manager your collections...
Might as well just get a laptop, a copy of Traktor DJ studio and a nice control box - probably cost you about the same and means your whole djing system isn't at the mercy of iPod's precarious battery and reliability... |

this one i do not get at all. You plug your ipods into a special mixer - there's no pitch and no scratching just select track, play, pause, stop, fade, eq. why not just plug your ipod into a normal mixer? or use a much more powful laptop for little extra money as grob said?

once someone creates the software that enables pitch control then the ipod will come into its own as a dj tool.

it looks a bit crap. seeing as you get almost the same effect with a cheap dj mixer and 2 minijack -> phono leads.
