i have just got up at 8am on a saturday morning.... and it feels great, my garden is east facing so i got the sun for a few more hours too.. i need to do this more often, it's just the lifting your head from the pillow stage is quite hard.

I'm always up at this time. shame to waste the sunshine

i'm having lemon and coriander cous cous on salad for breakfast, it was vegan until i added a tiny bit of butter cos there was no oil for the cous cous.

it is a nice feeling to wake up early on a saturday - been up since about 8 too... the sun's still trying to make up it's mind if it's gonna stay out though....

got up at 7:30am for mission dorset->hackney->devon->dorset, bit wobbly after a heavy night. got to see the the sunrise and sunset down here at least, after nodnol grey traffic hell. cross fingers its nice tomorrow too.

I woke up at 7 this morning. Watched the BBC news, then at some point dozed off again, because next thing I knew there was a cookery programme on. So I turned it off and went back to sleep. Finally got up at 1:30 in the afternoon. I'm such a winner.

if so, I think I may have met you when I was over there back in 2003. I met up with jamie basic and we rolled over to rub a dub for some shopping.

I know I met level briefly at some pub/resturant after that. although I didn't talk to him much as I was having a chat with one of their mates.
