Isn't Porridge the nice

Porridge is nice IMO.(in my opinion)

It's good for you and makes you feel full up until lunch time so you don't end up snacking on crisps. It's high in fibre and protein and sorts you out niiioccccelly. Im on the Scotts Oats tip at the mo' but i wouldnt say no to ready break, cus it's more refined and nice. Better than other cereals i reckon

dont do ready brek phil, too refined. you want the rawness.

get yourself some organic oats they are the best.

i make mine with soya milk sweetened with apple juice, and for a special treat, i have honey on as well sometimes.

what time do you eat breakfast though? im always hungry about an hour after, so i need snackage. these days it has to be fruit and healthy things. i miss the bad old days.

I had big bowl of bran flakes, two pieces of toast with peanut butter and a banana for breakfast and I was still hungry at 11.

Porridge is nice, i agree.

If I had the time, I would make myself a bowl of porridge every day. I have it at the weekend, whenever possible, with loads of honey, so although the topping is not particularly healthy, the porridge itself lowers cholestrol.

I skip breakfast.
It's weird, I snack less and get less hungry if I don't eat breakfast than if I do...

I remember my grandfather made me the worst bowl of porridge ever when I was a kid....in the microwave, with water and with a ton of salt, so I got a bowl of dry salty yuck....I had to add about 6 teaspoons (literally) of sugar and pour a whole ton of milk over it to make it even slightly moist, and it still tasted slightly salty and dry...
