Well...I dunno. It's just some sad, angry frustrated kid, with no more mature way of communication developed, and not much information or experiences to draw upon for any sort of "meaningful" conversation. The insults are too feeble to come from an adult, and the immediate jump to confrontation with out any provocation is obviously the product of boredom, and angst. Poor kid.

whether phil comes back or not, banning is really the only method of punishment of a bulletin board.

i hate call out threads, and that's what this is.

It's obvious that phil has stacks of usernames here. If you're that bothered maybe you could trawl through the userlist and guess which one's they are. I'm sure your're familiar with the writing style(s) by now

phil has been banned regularly on and off for two years now. when he gets banned, he usually does piss off for a while which is a nice break for everyone concerned.

recently he has just been coming back a lot, even after the work phoning incident, and for some reason usually slips through the manual authentication process we have (set up, ironically because of him).

its not working properly, but cristian is too busy to fix it and i dont have a clue anyway. he will fix it though. and douubtless because he is so tenacious and keen to post here, phil will find some way around it.

i dont mind phil being around here, i just wish:

a) he wouldnt post SO much

b) he wouldnt post really offensive stuff, because if we leave it up unchallenged it reflects on us (cristian and me). its as if we approve. which we dont. so we have to work hard moderating, which we shouldnt really have to do.

some of you forget this board promotes our business, and is read by a lot more people than post here.

What a sad and lonely person. I come to this forum because I really find music-related interesting information, and really like many people's opinions here ... as opposed to other forums where everybody is trying to post half baked opinions, only to sound funny or important, which usually kills the conversation as no one can be bothered to read that kind of crap.

I know Emma and Cristian are busy, but I also think that banning these people is very important, so the forums are free for useful posts and people dont lose interest.
