Hip Hop (part II)

There was a topic about hip hop a while back, and I just had to recommend this.

A few days ago, after buying the new Mr Scruff album (which is fantastic, by the way) and went out and bought the Braintax album, Biro Funk.

It's really really good. Leeds isn't really the first place that comes to mind when you think of hip hop, but now I would.

Songs about staying on the right side of the law and getting pissed off about late girlfriends is very refreshing for a genre that seems to have a love affair with "bad boys"

Also, a Leeds accent seems to really suit rhyming, not sure why.

I recommend everyone who likes hip hop and fancies something a little bit different but also very satisfying go out and locate this.
