Last time I knowingly saw someone on the vallies they were pissing on a tent...

Important note to valium users: remember to put your 'chap' back in your trousers after you've finished peeing.

I took 2 by mistake at Bloc - I really shouldn't have put them in the same bag as the other pills

It's a very slippery slope with benzos - I have had extreme insomnia all my life, and when I moved to Thailand and found I could buy Valium at the pharmacy for less than a couple of quid for a strip of 10 i thought i had my lifelong problem fixed.... started off on one a night, however tolerance goes up and up and UP, i switched to Xanax after 6 months or so - now, a year later more, I bulk buy from the pharmacy and need a minimum of 4mg a night just to sleep - sometimes up to 10mg, which is far higher than I would ever get prescribed by a doctor for any anxeity related illness. I'm aware I'm now dependent on them (unlike most benzo users I don't use any other drugs) but a major issue with benzodiazepine withdrawal is that it MUST be approached very slowly, reducing intake over a period of months - quitting cold turkey can have very dangerous side effects.

So my tip for Valium is really don't use it for relaxation / sleep difficulties except on rare occasions, or you could end up with big dependency issues in quite a short time - they are very addictive, they do help with issues like insomnia (and comedowns as another example) in the short term, and they do so effectively - but be very careful not to establish a pattern of use.

Aside from the addiction issue, Valium for me used to make me tired the next day, now it does nothing, but even with majorly OTT dosages of Xanax I wake after 8 hours and can work and don't feel dazed. I actually get up and go to the gym believe it or not

it's all about the fight and struggle see, me and a mate had a post rave game on them a while back of who could walk to the other side of the room and back while circumnavigating (stepping over) another mate who'd passed out in the middle of the floor until we had also passed out - good times.

edit: should ad the all important getting up off the sofa is a major part of the game..
