Yeah mate, that would be choice. Its funny because I started that whole "I love Wafta" thread months back, and I remember you saying you'd put stuff up sooner or later - but then I fell off the edge of the 'net for awhile and only recently resurfaced.

I found the "inside" ogg track, but not the album :


eDit: Ohh, I got the bright idea of searching your name and looking at threads only you started. I found the 60 mb album, the "inside" track and this (of course). Was there anything else?

btw i've just been listening to the spymania allstars cd a couple of days ago again.
i haven't recognized spandex is on there as well before.probably it was just an unfamiliar name to me before so i didn't recognize.

eDit: So, how well did Spymania do financially? If I buy up all your albums, would you guys start releasing again. :) Were you guys at university when this was all started?

Best drum'n bass label around, imho. Actually, are there any modern labels that release in this vein, other than planet-mu?

I cant really say if they will release any more records on Spymania, there was talk of another allstars compilation some time ago, but it seems unlikely.

Financially i can only talk about my releases which on balance did a little better than broke even but I certainly didnt make enough money to live on, thats why i have a real job.

And yeah, we were at university, I wont go into a long story about it all here, but it started with this

I'm attempting to slowly become famous by actually meeting EVERYBODY and saying "Hi, I'm Spandex".

That Avit 12" is one of the few Spy ones I actually have a copy of. Doh. Really should have grabbed them at the time
