imic, anyone?

I have an imic and whenever I try to record something it does record, but there are a lot of noises and errors in the recording. I have tried everything but it just won't work. I heared about the propagamma usb audio program but that costs more than the imic itself...

I had some similar problems with Imic on OS X, found out that Audio Midi Setup had changed audio input to 8-bit for some reason... Switching to 16-bit solved the problem.

Thanx for the tip but that didn't do the trick. I'll just keep on looking...
