He's obviously disabled his contact link, you could try asking in the discogs forum.

He's disabled the option for you to sendhim an email so it may be difficult.

Info from the Mod Notes on the submission :-

"Hi - I know absolutely nothing else about this release, but thought I'd try to add it to Discogs anyway. In fact, it was purchased totally by accident. I meant to buy something else, but the shop I bought it at, put the wrong CD in the case instead of the one I was meaning to buy, and I only noticed the error when I opened up the CD case a day or so later. So, I'm not even sure if this was even a proper release or test pressing?? FYI - no release or catalog number is present on the CD. Also - not sure of the country of release or date of release."

so the poor sod got it by mistake

If you're unhappy with it being listed as an official release there is an option to remove it under the update button.

You could always try asking an admin to get in contact with the geezer asking him to get back to you.

ah its ok, the chap contacted me - i am not upset about it being listed, just curious as who had a copy of that cd-r as i only sent about 5 out.

he told me he bought a copy of a v'snares cd in ambient soho and for some reason my cd-r was put into the case instead.

@mirsha - dunno - i asked, we shall see - i am not too bothered, they are old tracks. it would be nice to have them so i could mp3 them and upload them

they were all done using a pentium 133 and an awe32 sound card running cakewalk apprentice.
