SRD Problems?

Went into my local record shop today, up to the counter and said "has my vinyl arrived?"

Had on order Mark Hawkins and Super_Collider.

They said it hadn't, so I replied that it was released yesterday officially, so should be in, or at the very least, very soon. The guy who runs the shop said that he'd spoken to the SRD rep they have, given him the notes I've made (label, artist, title, etc), and the SRD rep had never heard of them, and didn't know anything about it.

I'm now off to order from the webshop, but surely it cannot be good if distribution reps haven't heard of the records?

Just thought I'd let you know, as there is obviously a bit of a problem going on.
