Humpty to Eastern Europe

Does anyone has any contacts with Humpty (www.humpty-stuttgart.de)? I'm interested to purchase from them on a regular basis, but all their info is only in german and unfortunately I don't understand it very well. I sent them 2 letters, but they didn't bother to answer... Taken roughly I have two questions:
do they ship to Lithuania?
what is the shipping price to Vilnius, Lithuania?

Few months ago Lithuania became part of European Union and perhaps it could be the reason to state normal shipping prices, cause as I know (for example according to Decks Records - www.decks-records.de) before joining EU shipping prices from German record shops to Vilnius were ridiculously high - about 20 Eur.

I sent them 2 letters, but they didn't bother to answer...
they are always busy and they have moved to another shop. probably thats why they didnt answered yet.
