Maybe I'm not progressive, but if my native language wasn't english I'd be really annoyed to see so much of it strung about the town. Maybe I was French in my last life.

every outdoor fest i go to always has an old crazy fart that get half undressed and does a little hippy dance
is there an agency that hires these people out
do they have a uniform or some kind of dresscode, cause they all look the same
