basically it means if this gets through, those caught filesharing could be put in jail for the same sentences as drug dealers, molesterers etc.

sounds pretty fucked to me, although it's doubtful this will get passed......

Just like those boys that could get life for stealing a corpse's head out a tomb in Edinburgh.....they could get life under an ancient Scottish law. I know stealing a head is wrong, but a life term is quite heavy.

I heard / read about that in The Metro (yes, quality tube-time reading...) - something about one of the boys playing with the head like a bowling ball..... really?!?!
