Woke up this morning. Opened the curtains. Discovered that I am now the wrong side of a "Police Line - Do Not Cross" barrier... Seems to have been erected overnight around my house. Went down to see what was going on, only to be ordered back inside my house by the police, as the pavement was a crime scene and I'm not allowed to stand on it....
Why doesn't this sort of thing happen when I need to go to work? That'd be the best excuse for a morning off ever...

No, the police wouldn't tell me. They advised me to watch the local news.
There are currently people in white space suits examining the pavement with a fine toothed comb...
Just glad that for once at a weekend I haven't got a house full of muntered ravers...

Looking for bit of brain tissue on the pavement, following another easy night at The Drum club...
I would call for a Pizza...

Sounds about right...
Found it on the BBC news site...
Yardies butcher each other in Nottingham again (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/nottinghamshire/3574117.stm)

Move to Bramcote or Wollaton...
I'd love to see the looks on the neighbours' faces then, when the brigade left your house after a knees-up.
