sorry d-stroy,
sweden for the drinks? if you've ever been there you wouldn't have posted this........
but i do agree on italy and brighton
the problem with Italian women is that around 30 they suddenly seem to turn into dragons. I don't know how or why this happens, but it always does.
All I can remember of Brighton is trips to the seaside every weekend when I was little. I'd rather have stayed at home and watched Dangermouse.

Only visited Brighton (a little too young to appreciate it to the extent that I now would)- and Germany... (I intend to return- and explore more)-
...though my vote goes to the (unlisted) place I appreciate all the more, (after I leave for lengthy periods of time)... and a happy belated birthday to CANADA!!!
: Not to highjack the thread or anything- but I celebrated Canada day (yesterday) on a Cherry Beach, in the sun- with great company- great music... Are there any places that you guys have access to, for such gatherings? (that the Police do not necessarily target for the "good time" destruction quota)- Summer rules for outdoor gatherings... Bikes rule for the two-wheeled wander to such places.
I recall Brighton had some wonderul (though touristy) pier spots...
