interesting...i went to see them a year or so ago and i did have doubts before i went about how they would come across live. but i needn't have worried - at that gig anyway they were fucking brilliant...they didn't try to reproduce exactly the same atmosphere as the recorded stuff (which, as the guardian person pointed out, would be difficult in a relatively big venue) - it was louder and more upbeat than the first two albums at least, (i don't know the others) and just as good.
