I actually agree with aleks on this one (uttered simply to balance the comments here). I plan to see the sequel, because I can't honestly judge half a work of art, but the first one seemed like a parody of Quentin's style.

Oddly, I have yet to see one preview for this. I figured it would come out next year.

not really utter shit, but i was disapponited as well with part 1!

i fucking loved kill bill, but when i watched it again i skipped all the shite in the hospital and enjoyed it even more! it flows better and means you dont have to deal with tarrintinos shytey shock tactics.
