Hey guys, I was wondering about pre-paid phones in Europe Germany especially. Does anybody know about what they might cost? And regulations I might run into?
Cheers/j

you can get quite cheap ones, i would say the cheapest will be about 60-70€ (maybe even cheaper)...and you already do have +25€ on your card then !

but you shouldn't make calls to another country with that card then cos its stupidly expansive.
better use a phonecell then.

you can get phone cards that allow you to call out of the country for much cheapness usually.
