the music is composed and i have had the unique opportunity to be able to master it in the Gulbenkian Auditorium , one of the most incredible musical acoustic spaces I have heard!
It is a 33 minute piece , created in parallel with the choreography and composed in Logic Audio. The music is built from over 1 months worth of research and sound design using EMS Synth-i, Sequential Circuits Pro 1, Nord Modular and various complex audio convolutions between musical sources such as Cannibal Corpse, Sun Ra and Bulgarian woman´s choirs...
The technical run throughs have been looking and sounding great , and I hope that it goes well on the night of the premiere , 21st Jan...
If any board members are in Lisbon , and you need information on how to get to the Gulbenkian Foundation then please post at Erutufon Central.

Back home in Barcelona , after a 3 week stay in Lisbon working on Delicado.
The premiere was amzingly exciting , and the piece was very well received by the audience that night.
The whole experience was really invigorating for me , and I am very proud to have had this opportunity to work with such talented dancers and production team, and to see my music music come alive, which is something that you rarely experience as a performing musician cos usually I'm too concentrated on creating the music to actually listen !
I would like to say thankyou to Gilles and the rest of the creative team , Karine , Jean-Pierre, Franz, Yann , plus a thanks to all the hard working staff at the Gulbenkian Foundation.
Awesome.

over a year later, I have been given the chance to revisit the piece.
it is due to performed in Barcelona at 'Electronic Scene' , a 3 day electronic music conference, at the CCCB.
The organisers have installed a high quality Quadrophonic sound system, and so I have gone back to Delicado to convert it into a fully immersive quadsound composition.
The performance will be at 20:30 on Friday 22nd April, entrance is free
