just rediscovered my love for this band recently. bassist died then the guitarist left to join man or astroman. absolutely unbelivebly intense baroque rock with amazing high pitched female vocal harmonies. so fucking intense and brilliant. highly recomended albums information and two in the pinata. there now known as tyro which is a lot more chilled. but the toenut albums are something that have to be heard. anyone else? or is this just me?

both albums are available on mute on line shop, i think mute released the second album and they stock the first as well on 12". my mate seen them tour with astroman in like 97 or something and during their set the bassist from astroman ran in naked with a crash helmet which was on fire at the time. beat that new pretenders! the cd i bought when i was soo young has done the rounds so many times with my mates (even up to this day its still getting passed about) its almost dead. but got it back now and lovin it cant wait to get my new 12" off mute!
