Powell appoints "Godfather" James Brown "soul secretary"

(AFP) soul legend James Brown enjoys a diplomat status cut to size especially in future. U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell has appointed the musician "soul secretary and Secretary of State of the Funk", outer office speaker Richard Boucher said in Washington on Monday. Boucher didn't know whether the new job is remunerative. Also about the exact competences he couldn't make any statements.

US-Außenminister Colin Powell habe den Musiker zum "Soul-Minister und Außenminister des Funk" ernannt, sagte Außenamtssprecher Richard Boucher am Montag in Washington. Ob der neue Job dotiert sei, wusste Boucher nicht. Auch über die genauen Kompetenzen konnte er keine Angaben machen.

but james brown, i don't know? certainly none of the white house fuckers can be claimed sex machines no?

they should have taken sun ra instead. he would have rolled bush into a carpet and made him feel bad for what he was doing. he'd be the man for that job!

few days ago there was a techno party with some of the usual suspects like marco bailey, luke slater, speedy j ...
the point is that it was on 7th december. and at 00.00h when the other day came (8th december - the international student's day), our bulgarian minister for foreign affairs Solomon Pasi stood up behind the decks and played... the hymn of EU ... .. (Ode to happiness). bailey was near him and some other watched him playing ...
the techno-minister ..
