sonar festival and barcelona in general

Is anyone of going to this years' Sonar festival? And besides that, as I'm gonna be in Barcelona from June 3th on, is there any other event worth checking out? Does anyone know where to get informations about the really good stuff?

What about the tickets??? How does it work - a lot´s of the shows are taking place at local clubs, bars etc... does it mean, if you don´t have the sonar-ticket you can´t be let in?? or?? Still easy to get one - ticket??

you can buy "sonar day" and "sonar night" tickets. the tickets have nothing to do with other stuff whitch is going down in clubs and bars. but i actually strongly recommend you REALLY skip those sonar night events and may be get one, may be 2 tickets for a sonar day entry (buy it at the "fnac"). it's much more fun, you will meet everyone from labels, bands, distributioners etc... while drinkin beers and shit. GET YOURSELF DRUNK! and for the night check out whats rockin at the barca clubs. go definitaly at moog (arc del teatre 3). the very best, unfortunately very tight personel. 1 min. after 5am you really get you ass kicked out. last year dave played and at 5am exactly they turned the lights on, shut down the shades at the dj booth in the same time and the securitaté kicked us out within 30 sec. RUDE!!! but still - nights at moog really do ROAWCK!!!!

yeah Moog-club must be visited... and S_C live aswell. Normally I don´t manage to see anything when I´m at festivals - but drunk..yeah.. . :o))

somebody interested in sponsoring 8 to 22 tekheads with flightticket (1st class), hotel (a 5 star will do it), food (champagne-breakfast and 3 times gambas a la chilio each day) and merchandise (armani, gucci, yves saint-laurent, christian dior, boss...) for 10 days? anyone?

I've been here in Barça since monday last week. I'm gonna attend all 3 days of the Sonar festival and also Tuesday and Saturday night. And, OF COURSE, I will be @ Super_Collider's gig on Friday and @ the Moog club afterwards. Would be glad to meet zou Mr. Chombee, and also other members of the board. Cora S told me she would be showing up. It's a shame, however, that I missed Eva Cazal because the Moog guys just changed the day of her w/o anouncing it before.

Tomorrow night, you gonna find me at DJ Krush's set and at Radioboy's livegig for sure, tomorrow during the day, I will be watching Tuxedomoon. As for the rest I don't know yet. I'm a tall bulky guy with dark blond short hair and a beard *gg*, there aren't so many of this kind there, so I'm quite sure you can't miss me.
