Hello everyone, I wonder if any of you can help. My friend is setting up a label and he is serious about it. He has already successfully released three white labels, so now he wants to go a step further by establishing a label as a business. His first step is to construct a business plan which he will then present to a scheme called DHP, who will, if he gets it approved, help him start up business. He has asked me to to ask any of YOU who are running independents, if you would be so kind as to show him your original business plan, because he needs to have an example of another (similar) business model in order to complete his own plan.

Cheers folks - any help appreciated.

I agree completely, ruben =)

@jamyna:
please keep in mind that you won't earn 1000000000 $$$ with an independant label. we're running our baby since 3 years and it's just enough to pay all the costs. the business sucks. it's all just an ideology thing.

That's right... The majority of the label owners are not living from it, and not a lot are even making money with it...
