Right, so I'll be heading for Brussels in the middle of June, and was wondering about the usual: record shops, clothing shops, clubs.
I know there are sum belgian users on this board, so let it rip!

come on, where's my belgian crew at?
Sorry, I don't know any recordshops in Brussels. I usually buy my records in Antwerp and Ghent.
So euh..., hey belgian crew, you can let me know too.

On Brussels nightlife, check :
www.boups.com ( d'n'b )
www.appletree.be ( all kinds of styles )
www.noctis.com
www.recyclart.be ( Jamie played there once, all kinds of alternative electronic parties )
All the music shops are close to each other, within walking distance. I suggest you start with BCM, plattesteen in Brussels, and there ask directions to the "quartier Saint Gery" which is at 5 minutes. There you have several other record shops, Dr Vinyl etc.

And this might interest you as well ( fresh news ):
THE ABERGWYNGREGYN RAVE will take place june 22nd. On the Grand Place/Grote Markt in Brussels : BOGDAN RACZYNSKI (REPHLEX), JAMIE LIDELL (SPYMANIA-WARP) and LUKE VIBERT (NINJA TUNE) will show off their skills. There's an after party at the Rue des Tanneurs 56 in Brussels with CEEPHAX (FIRSTCASK), KOSMIK KOMMANDO (UNIVERSAL INDICATOR), THE RAILWAY RAVER (REPHLEX) and JONNY JENKINSON (HARDCORE BRAIN). The live starts at 8pm and the entrance is free ! Map on appletree.be later today.
But you could also combine : in the afternoon go to Liege, a 45 min train ride, where the city parade takes place, and then of to Brussels...
Is the image of the belgian massive safe now ? :-)
