I've been to Waihiki for what it's worth.

Plejades? As in Purple Plejade? Isn't a ferocious acid techno track by Thoma Heckmann on DJax?

I've always wanted to go to Wide Open Dykes in Wales and Fucking in Austria.

I always wanted to go to Barcelona but I went this year. My next dream destination is Detroit. Perhaps next year.

Fiji and Tahiti sound lovely and Tristan Da Cunha sounds cool too.

When I was younger I always wanted to go to 'Salmon Pastures' in Sheffield, which conjures up images of countryside & quaffing endless amounts of ginger beer by a river......
When you get there- there's about 5 burnt out cars & loads of syringes
How names can be very misleading.

Worms fact: isnt this where martin luther (the leader of the lutheran church) pinned some reformations of the protestant church to some church door, which was known as 'the diet of worms'?

We went to Iceland the week London topped 100'F as luck would have it, and I can confirm it is very beautiful. Some of the landscapes are reminiscent of Jupiter's moons. The glaciers and moss-covered lava flows particularly. Sometimes they are covered in ash and the sun melts only where the ash is thinnest, washing away the soot in most places and leaving cones of black soot like pyramids on the blue tinged ice... it really is breathtakingly beautiful.

I've been to Alaska, and I can absolutely recommend it. I took a ferry in the US along the coastline with juneau as the final destination. It took us about five days to get there, with various stops in between. It's perfect for hiking, especially in the summer and the landscape is just amazing. Very rough and untamed.

I have not visited them personally though they are known for being icy (europa, ganymede, callisto) and Io is volcanic.

No, I didn't.
I remember seeing a few buildings/churches connected to the reformation (& Martin Luther) & then just remember half litres of wine being served, & loads of sickness & diarrhoea.
One of the English guys who I knew over there was really into the reformation & the reformation lands in Germany- unfortunately I didn't share quite the same level of enthusiasm & had to try & bullshit a little bit to make it look like I'd taken in loads.
IT'S RELIGION, IT'S DANGEROUS.

Definitely plan to go... spring or autumn would be best as you can see the northern lights then as well. I really want to see that while sitting in a geo-thermal pool :)
