hey smpx7! thank you so much for that link!

I was always looking for a cool flexible midicontroller in an acceptable price range. I own a doepfer regelwerk, which is great, but unfortunately it has only faders and I already use it for other things.

now I'm about to built up an own controller based on 2 midibox plus in one case. however, the case is ready right now. I'll post some pictures when everything's done...

thanks again,
3st.

hm... midibox64 looks nice...... there were also 8 and 16 knobs versions of it.......
some time ago while i was surfing the web i have found a Bitstream (not PRO version) midicontroller. Here you can download the plans:Bitstream Plans (http://www.waveidea.com/english/products/bs/making.htm)
But the best midicontroller that i have ever seen is Bitstream Pro (http://www.waveidea.com/english/products/bs_pro/features.htm). It has LFO generator assignable into any user-defined MIDI event. But the plans for it arent available.
