Tonight I am going to attend a small open-air party directly at the river.

Yesterday I was away for the Ghostly International tour, but my mood wasn’t so good that I left at 1.30 am.

Tommorow is swimming day at a bath up on a hill.

Tomorrow I go out for a nice steak meal with some friends.

Now, ask me what I'm doing NEXT weekend, it'll be slightly more exciting.

what fun! there are three balls on the string, and so u can get a really unusual motion with them...

yeah off to the siren music festival in coney island today - a free outdoor festival with loads of pretty good indie bands. back home to continue drinking and doing shrooms with my boyfriend tonight (who is too lazy to wake up early to catch the festival). the plan is to be productive tomorrow - get some resumes out, make curtains, etc - but i am sure i will just end up watching crap tv instead :)

I went to a Melvins and Tomahawk gig yesterday. The melvins were really good but tomahawk were a bit dissapointing. Just felt like mike patton was being self-indulgent and he didn't have any chemistry at all with the rest of his bandmates.

Firstly went to an open-air party down the river that was stopped by the police. Then went to another open-air party with romantic campfire. There were only a few people but the music was good.
Normally at this place a daytime open air was scheduled, but the police didn’t allow this, although they knew about this for four weeks and stopped this one day ago.

seems i meet the same women.
i remember that once for the first time in my life a girl did the first step. it was quite nice, we talked the usual smalltalk. as it hasnt gone to the next level, i went away to the bar and back to my friends. an hour later i danced very close with another girl i know for quite long time. after that the first girl came to me and told strange things: she said that she met that nice guy and all was nice but then she felt cheated because he danced with another girl like being in love with her. it took me a moment to realise that she meant me..lol
after that i thought okay here we go. but than again this happened: we talked and then she told me she'll maybe move to this or that city and i said okay would be far away from here wouldnt it and then she said but my boyfriends living there..

Loadsa folk from the Orbit were there, and and people were coming up to me 'You're an Orbit Girl, aren't u?'.
The atmos was friendly, but there were several hilarious occurances...one of which was when a young man asked me specifically to look at him over the top of my specs, and then appeared to go all weak at the knees after I complied (a small request to makes someone smile!)
The highlight of my night was talking techno with another girl (Esther Ofei), something which hardly ever happens!
I did my own mini survey to find out if the girls were there because they liked Techno, but alas, many were ignorant of the genre, and had come to THROB because of the good atmosphere they'd been hearing about rather than the music LOL
Grobs was a real groover, and he danced for most of the night:)

Went to a local drum & bass night here in Liverpool with the missus and had it right off. Got back home, got wrecked even further for a couple of hours, then decided to pick up a paint brush and emultioned and glossed the hall in our new house a lovely bright white.

Stopped doing that at 21:00 on Saturday then slept until Sunday morning and finished the painting. Then got pissed.

The hall does look lovely mind ...

[Basic 2: The Revenge]

Drove up to Caithness (5 hours north of Glasgow) in the fog on Friday, and then home again on Saturday. Sunday I was here there and everywhere...down my mates, some Tron action, walked the dogs, headed into town to play some charity do and then onwards to another place to hook up with the Monox crew for some shenanigans and then headed home for Enter the Dragon.

All in all, rather pleasant.

yeah it was really decent, quite local and like 7000 people there, but it didn't feel like that many cos there was loads of space, the dammed and the uk subs had pretty big crowds. didn't see orzic tentacles but they were 'trippy' according to me flat mate.

oh yeah me and a mate were playing dumbass with the electric fence, seeing could hold on the longest, clever stuff really.
