repnik, the minister for social issues of baden-württemberg (a southern german region) demands a dj-licence on the occasion of the (international?) day of silence (or was it noise) on the 24th of april. he wants to sensibilize (german) youth for taking care of their hearing capability. he reminds that the prickle could also be reached by the extensive use of the harmless low frequencies... he also wants to state his ambition towards this topic before it will be on its way to becoming a law...
