seems they have massive problems with the shirt-delivery. i ordered records and a shirt. the records arrived beginning of may. but im still waiting for the shirt. i mean simbiotic may not be big but its about 2 months now that im waiting for the shirt I already have paid for!
and it seems they also have problems with their mailserver…- in the last time i wrote them 4 mails without getting a response. to the same emailadress there i got responses from when i had questions before the delivery.

needless to say that im pretty disappointed

any suggestions?

ordering tshirts from little companies is always hard because you are dependent on various stages happening before you actually get the shirt...the manufacturer having the correct size and colour, delivering it to the printer, printer doing the job, delivering to the retailer, then posting to you..sounds simple but in my experience fraught with difficulty

all these complaints ...reminds me of the days of doing the no future online shop...nightmare nightmare nightmare NEVER AGAIN.


but if anyone can make it work its Neil, so please Marcel bear with it. you'll get the shirt, im certain.

well, that would be okay for me if they would answer my emails. i mean its not much work to do to write 'you have to wait around x weeks before youll get it'or something like that. its just that i dont know anything right now.

im pretty sure what happened is that it went out of stock and simbiotic forget to tell me to re-stock that print and size.

There has been no problems with the records etc .In fact id go as far as to say they have been delivered in record time.,

Mail me what print, colour size and i can sort it out. Or you could update your order to the new shirt designs
which no-one else has on this board yet!!!!!

check the site for the new prints.....they have the original logo on the inside neck as a label
