1-2 dosen schältomaten
1 zwiebel
petersilie aber frisch
pfeffer
salz
1 knoblauchzehe
1 kleine chillischote

zwiebeln schneiden, in öl anbraten
schältomaten dazu, kleindrücken
salzen, pfeffern - as u like

wenn du die low-variante willst, knoblauch und chilli kleingehackt erst nach der sosse, für die richtig scharfe variante musst du den knoblauch und chilli schon mit den zwiebeln abraten, aber das wird echt scheisse scharf

halbe stunde köcheln lassen, bis die tomaten nicht mehr so stückig sind und dann zum schluss petersielie dazu

fertig is

und die kannste auch für gratins benutzen oder so
