you always have something - I always think of sine waves when I "feel like I have nothing" - as the ebb and flow of the wave, you notice the peaks and troughs... if you are down you will come back up. its strange as I don't think about this when things are up - as I don't ever feel the need.

drink a bottle of wine and find a some people who are depressed in some skankybar and you´ll find out that you don´t want to become like them... so then you go home and play ice hockey on your nes8.

Speaking of funerals, I heard the Major from Who wants to be a millionaire killed himself. Central TV are gonna pay for the funeral, but not for the coffin...

i heard bankrupcy is a good foundation for another business...
all the best businessmen have to go through this ordeal, so perhaps this ending can be a new beginning, if you can find some positivity after you've expressed your anger...

Don't fuckin give me your woes then you nonce. I'm not interested. If you were really that fucked then you would be away speaking to someone that can help, not being openly depressing on a random forum somewhere in internet land. Come back when you haven't got an axe to grind, if indeed you actually have.....

i agree with everyone here - probably best not to be so aggressive as a new member and expect loads of sympathy. no-one knows you and we only have your word that things are so terrible. also - as you dont know anyone here, dont be so quick to judge their responses to you. you are asking a lot.
you completely misread what tsr_tomas said to you which was get drunk to see how you dont want to end up like an alcoholic.
decadnids is right - things can usually be worked out. just imagine yourself in a years time looking back at this time and remembering how awful it was but being happier.
its also very trite to say this but thinking about the things you've got going for you and how there REALLY are people worse off than you helps.
i dont know how genuine you are , so this could all be a waste of time - but i have many friends who have been through some terrible times, and most survive to tell the tale. if they can you can too.

one thing about depression is that it makes you very self indulgent, you wallow in self pity and it's hard to think about anything else. even the nicest, most construtive people become miserable limp beings. i'm sure we've all felt that way. communicating with others is a useful distraction but only fixing the problems or waiting for the pain to go away will actually cure you. rope, moan away, but insulting people you don't know for reacting strangely to you coming on here and spilling your guts about your wife and business ain't gonna get you far. no amount of advice will cure you.

gotta think of the positives gotta think of the positives gotta think of the positives
you are what you think you are what you think you are what you think you are what you think you are what you think you are what you think you are what you think you are what you think you are what you think you are what you think you are what you think you are you think you
I always used to work through things with the Super Mario Bros. comparison. You might lose you fire power... even shrink right down... but you're not gonna go and jump into a hole... Just run for it- try and take the level- you might even find a bonus life or even... even... a secret passage. Then you transcend levels, just for exploring other possibilities.
I was about 9 then... now I just figure- it all works out -to something I can work with... and I pay attention- even to the sour sounds and sights... cause they make me more able to describe what I see- and how I am affected by it.
Life is funny- finding humor in it is key... to me.
every defeat is a victory...

yeah I've heard you guys make great headcheese!
I myself have been having a REAL shitty year. things have not been going well for me at all. so I have been getting real depressed. almost had a nervous breakdown the other night. but you know what, I realised what was wrong in my life and right now I am making plans to correct them. and since I have started to figure it out everything is getting clearer as to what I need to do and I feel a lot better. also I am planning on going back on anti-depressent meds which is something you may want to consider rope. anything to help. life isn't always peachy. and a lot of times it down right sucks. but you don't want to go out like a sucker. so I say grab yourself by your balls and do something. motion creates emotion. and hopefully things will fall into place for you.
