Frank Tovey died wednesday 03.04.02 in London.
He was the first artist that Daniel Miller, the founder of Mute, took under contract in 1979 !

correct....
what is absolutly hillarous is that first Depeche Mode was opener for Fad in the early days and nowadays it was Fad for DM... I'll always remember the times here in Belgium in a club called 'Boccaccio' when they played "back to nature", "ladyshave" or my fav one "love parasite". It was one of the first times that bigger everybody is dancin/cryin histerias started...

i saw them the first time on the DM concert last year.
they were pretty good.after the concert i´ve buyed some records from them.great music.shit.
